This Orange County elopement began with a beautiful and intimate ceremony at the Old Orange County Courthouse, where the couple exchanged heartfelt vows surrounded by their closest loved ones.

After officially becoming husband and wife, we explored the courthouse grounds for romantic couples portraits, taking advantage of the historic architecture and timeless charm before making our way to Newport Beach. There, they grabbed their favorite cocktails and hopped aboard a sailboat, spending the evening cruising the harbor, enjoying sushi with family, and soaking in the sunset over the water.
From emotional vows to a golden-hour first dance on deck, every part of the day felt relaxed, intentional, and joy-filled. They ended the evening by popping champagne, cutting their cake, and celebrating the beginning of the rest of their lives together.
Being a California elopement photographer, I always feel inspired by how personalized these ceremonies can be. It’s not about the guest list – it’s about the connection between the couple, and that really shined through here.
Elopements are such an intimate and special moment – I’d love to capture yours! Let’s connect if you’re planning an elopement in Southern California!
